There are seeds that have been planted within us. We hear that what we water grows.

Being that this existence has been an unexpected array of events for the collective to awaken to. I want to bring to light the notion of seeds. It is Spring time in the Northern Hemisphere and those with green thumbs are beginning to get excited about the prospect of planting. There are seeds for many a flower, a bush, a tree, vegetables, and herbs. These are planted in fields, in gardens, and anywhere there is dirt that is nutrient rich for the growth of these. How lovely the anticipation of what could be blooming in a few months time, the feeling of knowing that with love, commitment, and care one can see the birth of a seed.

I bring this idea out for within us are seeds that have been planted before our time here. Yes, we planted them in our beings, in the pre-existence. We made contracts with one another to help these seeds bloom so that the harvest becomes the beautiful beings that we have yearned to be. The pre-existence, we don’t remember a thing, but we all have had the feeling that in us there is an eerie yearning for something we came to do. We are here to see our beings become more than just citizens of nations that help economies and amass material possessions and accolades.

So, the task that we each have is to acknowledge that there is a being in you that has forgotten to tap into its purpose. The purpose is aching for the water of acknowledgement and the action to help produce its growth. We are tasked with going within and finding the inner knowing and spark producing aspects of ourselves that hold the clues to who we came here to be. We are here to awaken.

Water your inner-beings, meditate to illuminate the seeds of who you are, listen attentively and walk on your paths with compassion for the you who came here to bloom. Take the time to eradicate the fear of what might not be and open yourself to the light of what is, the prospect of your blooming self.

Below is a quick meditation to help guide you into finding which seeds to water from within:

  1. Sit, lay, or stand
  2. Relax your shoulders, face and close your eyes
  3. Breathing in for 4 and out for 4 counts, 3 times
  4. See with your inner eye and feel the warmth of the love of the Universe
  5. Ask for your path to be seen
  6. Thank the Universe for this vision
  7. Feel your body come back to itself
  8. Open your eyes and make notes on what you saw and felt
